Due to the perishable nature of our mustard oil products, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds.
2. Exceptions:
We will accept returns and issue a full refund for unopened and undamaged items in the following situations:
- Damaged or Defective Product: If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 Hours of receipt. We will require photos of the damage and may request that you return the damaged item to us. Once we have verified the damage or defect, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
- Incorrect Item Shipped: If we ship you an incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for the return of the incorrect item and ship you the correct product at no additional cost.
3. Return Process:
